Three service lanes
Clear answers before the order is released
Each lane is designed for pipe fittings and valves, not a generic catalog desk. The goal is to reduce rework, prevent mismatched parts and keep field crews supplied with items they can install with confidence.
Replacement Identification
When a buyer has a valve handle, repair kit number, body marking or field photo, the team separates exact replacement work from functional alternates. That distinction helps avoid substituting a threaded item where a sweat or press end is required.
Submittal and Takeoff Review
Material lists are checked for line duty, common connection families and category gaps. A press fitting package, for example, can be reviewed alongside valves so the purchasing record remains consistent across the same mechanical schedule.
Distributor RFQ Routing
Requests are arranged around the information a distributor needs first: item family, size range, material, end type, packaging quantity and urgency. This keeps quotes short enough to process while still giving technicians useful context.
